Housing prices higher in American “gayborhoods”

Forget about location, location, location. Americans living in so-called “gayborhoods” find housing prices rise more quickly than others, according to a new survey. Real estate search firm Trulia says neighborhoods with large gay and lesbian populations tend to see the price rises, reveals the Houston Chronicle.
