Hero who thwarted gun-toting teen suspended from school

A hero schoolboy who wrestled a loaded gun away from another boy who was threatening to shoot a teammate was himself suspended for three days.

The 16-year-old, from Cypress Lake High School in Fort Myers, was punished for his part in disarming the boy who wanted to blast another student on the school bus ride home.

Witnesses told the New York Daily News the suspect was aiming the .22 caliber revolver “point blank” at a student and saying he was going to shoot.

But, instead of rewarding the heroic teen who put his own life at risk, school authorities suspended him “for his role in an incident where a weapon was present”.

This is getting a bit more suvebctije, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of neighbors will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune Social is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

The one problem I have with ipods (I have one, by the way) is that once you put your music on it you you can’t put it back onto your coeuptmr. Actually this is a bit false. You can transfer music and some other things off the ipod via iTunes. However, it will only get itunes purchases. For the rest, set your ipod up with disk use enable a get a free program, I recommend Senuti because it is not limited to just your itunes purchases. I hope this helped.
