Baxter the robot is star of the show in Chicago

The biggest attraction at a Chicago trade show this week was a six foot tall robot named Baxter, reports the Chicago Tribune.

Described as “a new breed of industrial robot meant to perform lightweight, repetitive tasks like packing and sorting,” Baxter made his debut to throngs of excited buyers.

Most industrial robots currently on the market must be housed in metal cages because of safety concerns. Baxter, however, was designed to work side-by-side with humans.

Hello there! I recently need to provide a massive browses up for the great details you’ve got below with this submit. I’ll likely to end up finding its way back in
    your weblog for further quickly.

As a parent, I thoguh Cupcrazed was such a great idea. There are so few places that young families can go and ensure that everyone has a good time. You end up either going to Mickey D’s, which the kids think is great, but the parents loathe. Or you end up going to an establishment that the parents like (probably because that establishment serves drinks a major plus to parents of young children ). And let’s face it, even thoguh you start out with high hopes that everybody in the family will behave and not be embarrassing, everybody always ends up miserable. Hell, I just went out to dinner tonight with my husband and two young kids and wound up wanting to shoot myself in the head because my kids got bored quickly with the overly adult menu and atmosphere. Those restaurants are typically more upscale and don’t cater to children. So the kids get bored quickly and then the parents stress out about dealing with the bored kids. And then we end up vowing never to go out again until our kids grow up and leave the nest. But a place like Cupcrazed, well, that place would be ideal for both parents and kids. On those nights when parents want to get out of the house for a little while, but aren’t able to get a babysitter or grandparents to watch the kids, Cupcrazed would be PERFECT. The kids could zone out on treats while my husband and I enjoy civilized conversation over drinks. And, truthfully, Heather, you wouldn’t be taking away from the other businesses. Because I wouldn’t frequent those businesses with kids in tow. And frankly, I wouldn’t frequent your business sans kids. When I get a kids-free night you’ll find my ass at a nicer restaurant that I can’t go to when I have the kids.So I’m so sorry that the businesses in your neighborhood can’t see that you’re not impinging on their business. In fact, using my family as an example, you would only be bringing in business that the neighborhood had previously lost out on because there is no niche for my need.
