Lance Armstrong now a fictional character

American Lance Armstrong fooled us all for years – but not the Manly Library in Sydney, Australia, which is moving all of its books about the cheating cyclist to the fiction section.

The New York Post tells how following 41-year-old Armstrong’s confession on the Oprah Winfrey Show, the Aussie library has taken immediate action.

“All non-fiction Lance Armstrong titles, including ‘Lance Armstrong: Images Of A Champion,’ ‘The Lance Armstrong Performance Program’ and ‘Lance Armstrong: World’s Greatest Champion,’ will soon be moved to the fiction section,” a sign at the library announced over the weekend.

Teams are super important. I woerkd in a department where the manager had all of his employees tested with the Meyers-Brigg’s personality test. He respected every member of the department and whenever there was a problem that needed solving, he would pull members of the department that had the different strengths into a meeting. He’d give them the problem and then, working together, they were able to see it from many different sides to come up with the best solution to the problem and all felt a sense of ownership to the resolution. The team won.
